- Once logged in to the Switch Web App, select the menu on the top left side of the screen.
- Click "Security"
- Select "Account Password"
- Type in your new password in the box, then confirm in second box.
- Click “Submit”
- If you are unable to sign into your account, you can request a new password.
- Click “Forgot Password” on the sign in page at https://app.switchblackcard.com/login
- You will then be prompted to enter the email address associated to your account.
- Check your email for a link to reset your password
***PLEASE NOTE - CHANGING YOUR ACCOUNT PASSWORD WILL DISCONNECT ANY NODES RUNNING ON A VPS SUCH AS VULTR. YOU WILL NEED TO RESET YOUR SERVERS WITH YOUR NEW PASSWORD***
