- Once logged in to the Switch Web App, select the menu on the top right side of the screen.
- Click "Account"
- Select "Login and Security"
- Click "Change" to the right of the account password section.
- A screen will pop up alerting you that changing your account password will knock nodes offline.
- Type in your new password in the box, then confirm in second box.
- Click “Change Password”
- If you are unable to sign into your account, you can request a new password.
- Follow this link to request a password reset.
- You will then be prompted to enter the email address associated to your account.
- Check your email for a link to reset your password
***PLEASE NOTE - CHANGING YOUR ACCOUNT PASSWORD WILL DISCONNECT ANY NODES RUNNING ON A VPS SUCH AS VULTR. YOU WILL NEED TO RESET YOUR SERVERS WITH YOUR NEW PASSWORD***
