If you are having trouble logging into your Mobile App used for the Switch Black Card, you can use these steps to reset your password.
Open the app and select "forgot password" below the box to enter your password.
A new screen will pop up and have you enter the email you signed up for the card with. Note: this can be a different email than your Switch account. You will then receive an email link to reset the password.
