In the "Get Started" tab under "Card & Trade Platform" you can verify your identity. This step is required to move forward with any other additional features so we can ensure the security of your account and assets.
Provide your personal information in the requested boxes. Attach the identification documents in the following forms: PDF, HEIC, PNG, JPG, JPEG, TIFF, DIB, TIF, BMP
Here are some additional tips for making sure the images are accepted:
- Ensure the image shows all 4 corners of the ID or document.
- Ensure the image doesn't have a glare.
- The image has to be very clear, even slightly blurry will get rejected.
- Ensure there are no fingers in the image.
- Finally, ensure there are no special characters in the file names.
You will then provide some additional information about your address.
Review your information for accuracy, inaccurate information or the formatting not being correct can result in a manual review of the account. This will increase the waiting period for validating your account.
