There are two locations you can check to see your nodes online. On the front page of your dashboard when you log in and when you click on "Nodes".
After logging into your Switch account and clicking on "Nodes", you may see a different number of "Servers Online" compared to "Smart Node Licenses" and "Lite Node Licenses." There may be a couple reasons for this:
- If you purchased Lite Nodes, these will group together as 1 node online. As an example, if you purchased 2 Smart Nodes and 10 Lite Nodes, you should see 3 Nodes Online.
- If you are using a VPS and also downloaded the node software you will likely show an extra "node online" and your software will also likely show a "strength" amount less than 100%. This is because the system thinks you are missing a license for the additional node linked to your account because of the software download. Please uninstall the node software and clear your cache and cookies from your browser. Once you log out and back into your Switch account, this will update to the correct number of Nodes Online.
- Neither option 1 or 2. Please send a request to support.switchrewardcard.com so we can look into this issue further.
*100 Lite Nodes can be run on 1 server or 1 VPS(Vultr). This means that if you have up to 100 Lite Nodes you will see 1 node online on your dashboard.
