Here is how you can create a Switch Trade Wallet account so you can start buying and selling cryptocurrencies!

- Log in to your account at app.switchrewardcard.io
- If this is your first time using the site and you have a Switch account, please select "forgot password?" and reset your password. This can be the same as your previous password. If you are new here, please click "sign up" at the bottom.
- Navigate to the Get Started tab on the left menu
- Click "Get Started" under Trade Platform.
- This will take you to the Trade Wallet tab. From here, you will click "Set Up Trade Wallet".
- Choose your country to ensure we provide you with the right trading platform and compliance requirements.
- Fill in the application with your personal information. We will use this information to verify your identity according to financial regulations. Please note: PO Boxes are not an accepted residential address.
- You will then need to upload a valid proof of the address you provided in the form. Valid proof of address includes a utility bill, lease agreement, or bank statement issued within the last 60 days showing your legal name and residential address (cannot be a PO Box). These can be uploaded in JPEG, JPG, or PNG files by dragging or clicking into the box. Select your proof of address type from the dropdown box.
- Provide your employment and income in the required fields. This is just an estimate, no need to be exact.
- Next, you will provide information regarding your past experience with digital assets and your anticipated use of the Trading Platform. We will use this information to aid in the detection of unusual activity on your account. Again, this is just an estimate; no need to be exact. You can use the dropdown to autofill the fields and adjust as needed.
- Review your information, make any changes as needed, then check the boxes at the bottom if you confirm those statements. Click "Submit" to proceed.
- The next step will require your camera; make sure you enable your camera on the device and browser you are using for the application.
- The last step is a facial scan and ID verification. This can be done on your computer or mobile device. Check the box to consent to Jumio's Privacy Notice, then click "Start" to continue on the same device or "Use mobile phone" to switch to a mobile phone for the scanning process.
- If you do want to use your mobile phone, you can either pull up your phone camera and scan the QR code to pull up the website or send the link via email.
- Select your issuing Country or Region and ID type
- Take photos of the front and back of your ID, then complete the facial scan.
- Once completed, you will see a screen on the Switch site that says, "We are checking your details". You can exit out of this screen, and our team will reach out letting you know if we need anything else or if your account has been opened!
