While our development team links the card product in the Beta test, you can withdraw Digital US Dollars as fiat to your bank account. You can also often withdraw directly from the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw.
- Log in to your Switch account here.
- Navigate to the "Trade Wallet" tab.
- To add a bank account for withdrawals, click on the link icon at the top.
- Add an account, the Account Name should be your Legal name on your bank account, and nickname it whatever you'd like. Reminder that the Trade Wallet accounts are limited to first-party transactions. Third-party, fiat transactions will be flagged and rejected.
- The "Reference" section is for your records. This will show on the withdrawal transactions that arrive at your external bank. For example, you can put "SwitchTrade", or something to help you remember.
- The payee type will depend on the type of account you are linking to your Switch Trade Wallet. Select the withdrawal methods that can be used for this account. For more information about RTPs, click here.
- Provide the billing address associated with your account, then enter your bank details. You can find your bank's routing number on its website or by searching online.
- Review the details, and if everything checks out, you will get this message.
- Next, click the dropdown next to Digital US Dollar (or desired cryptocurrency) and select "withdraw".
- Right now, you can perform wire transfers, ACH transfers, and RTP. Wire transactions are typically faster but often incur higher fees. There is a $10 minimum for ACH withdrawals.
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw, or select MAX.
- Follow the steps prompting you to select or add an external bank account, then complete the transaction.
- Make sure you assign the bank account a withdrawal type to ensure it shows when trying to withdraw.
NOTE: There is a $30.00 minimum transaction amount.
