Reporting a lost, stolen, or damaged card is easy!
Simply open your Switch Mobile App and follow these steps:
1. Go to your Profile Screen
2. Click Card Information
3. Select either Report Damaged Card or Report Lost or Stolen Card
If you report your card as lost or stolen, your debit card number will be deactivated immediately. A new virtual debit card should be issued by the bank right away, but in some cases may take up to 1 business day. Your replacement debit card will be mailed automatically and already activated upon receipt. Your new debit card number will work as soon as your new card is issued and shows up in your app.
If you report your card as damaged, your debit card number will still work until you receive your replacement card. For security reasons, once you receive your new debit card in the mail after reporting a damaged one, you'll need to contact Customer Support to activate your new card. After you speak with them and your new card is activated, your old debit card number will be deactivated at that time.
Customer Support for the card is accessed by tapping on the Customer Support button in the Profile Screen. See picture below:
The first replacement card is free. Any additional replacements are $7.00 each.
