When you login to your account through the Switch website, you are brought to the Switch Web App. This is your central hub for information on Switch and where to control your digital rewards. The first page you will see is called the Switch Dashboard (see following image). This is your generalized page showing prices of popular cryptocurrencies as well as your current balance inside the Web App. You will also be prompted to continue setting up your account.
In the top left of the Dashboard you will see a blue bubble with a white silhouette. Clicking on this will give you a drop down menu of various account actions that can be taken.
Back on the dashboard you'll see various tabs near the top. Dashboard, Rewards, and Help.
- Dashboard is the home screen that you first land when going to the Switch App
- Rewards will pull up the number of licenses you own. Both Switch Smart node licenses and Switch Lite Node licenses will be shown here. The box on the far right shows how many node licenses are online. Please Click Here to find an article with more information on how the number of nodes online is calculated.
- Help will take you to the Switch help desk. This is where you will find FAQ articles and submit a support request. If you'd like to chat with an agent live, you may choose to click the chat bubble found in the help desk or Switch Dashboard. If you need to submit a ticket click HERE.
