Both the Rewards Wallet and the Trade Wallet have the ability to send and receive cryptocurrencies. This article will explain how this can be done.
**Please be aware: Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Please make sure the asset you are sending is supported by the receiving wallet platform**
To Send:
- Login to https://app.switchblackcard.com
- Click the "Assets" tab to see both wallets
- Click the dropdown menu next to the cryptocurrency you would like to send
- From your Rewards Wallet, when you click "Send" a screen will pop up to have you enter the address of the wallet you would like to send.
- Enter the amount you would like to send and click "preview"
- Verify the information, check the acknowledgement, and enter your wallet passcode. Click "Send Now"
- When sending from the Trade Wallet, click the dropdown menu and "send". From here you can either send to your internal Rewards Wallet or enter a wallet address of an external wallet.
When sending to an external wallet, you can do a one time send, or save the wallet address for future use.
8. Preview the transaction, check the acknowledgments and click "send now". You will receive a text message to confirm the transaction and you will need to reply to complete the send.
To Receive:
- Login to https://app.switchblackcard.com
- Click the "Assets" tab to see both wallets
- Click the dropdown menu next to the cryptocurrency you would like to receive
- A screen will pop up with a QR code that can be scanned to receive or if you scroll down past the QR code, you can click the "copy" button under the wallet address to avoid typos/mistakes.
