First, login to your account at app.switchrewardcard.com/login
Navigate to the "Get Started" tab along the left menu.
Then, click "Get Started" next to the "Identity Verification" step under the Card & Trade Platform.
Fill in your personal information, upload the requested documents, and then click "Continue"
Here are some common reasons for errors in the KYC process:
File names cannot have any special characters. We recommend users change the file names to simply “ID”, “address”, and “selfie” to avoid that error.
-On the same note as the uploaded files, if they are bigger than around 1 MB, the files may be too big. If you can take a screenshot of the item you are trying to upload on the computer, that usually makes the file size smaller!
-The SSN/Tax ID field requires the dashes to be entered in the number
-Verify that there are no extra spaces at the end of any fields. Sometimes, autofill will add an extra space at the end, causing an error.
